1 Lb Ground Venison
½ Cup Diced Onions
½ Cup Diced Green Bell Peppers
½ Cup Diced Tomatoes
½ Cup Cut Corn
½ Cup Red Beans (cooked)
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
2 Tsp Chipotle Paste
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Chili Powder
2+ Cup Beef Broth
Pinch of Sugar
Brown Ground Venison with Vegetable Oil, Add Onions, Green Peppers, Saute for Several Minutes Before Adding Tomatoes, Corn, Red Beans, Tomato Paste and Beef Broth and Simmer for Approximately 30 Minutes. Season with Chili Powder, Chipotle Paste, Pinch of Sugar...To Taste
Garnish with Dollop of Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Crisp Tri Colored Tortillas
