Spicy curry crab roll
10 6” crepe shell’s
Cream cheese - 8 ounce softened
Snow crab – 3/4 lb. drained well
Minced celery – 2 ounces drained well
Minced red pepper – 2 ounces drained well
Curry powder – 1 ½ tsp.
Granulated Garlic – ½ tsp.
Dry dill weed – 1 ½ tsp.
Fresh chopped chives – 1 TB.
Hot sauce – 1 tsp.
Sea salt – 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper – 1 pinch
Cucumber – 1 skinned, deseeded, and julliened
In a kitchen aid mixer fitted with a paddle attachment

Blend all ingredients except cucumber.

Lay out crepe shells and spoon equal amounts on the shells.

Lay one or two slices of cucumber on filling and roll crepes tightly.

Let set up under refrigeration for about one hour.

Slice rolls like you would sushi and serve with siracha mayonnaise and wasabi mayonnaise .
Siracha mayonnaise:
1 TB. siracha
1 cup mayonnaise
Wasabi mayonnaise
1TB. prepared wasabi
1 cup mayonnaise
